The End of the Geodata Trilogy

With much anticipation, the final installment of the How Open Is Open trilogy is complete. While attendance at the Where conference or viewing online will provide more context, below are three images from my talk this afternoon. In short, I sum up the state of affairs around private control of public resources in the following manner: lack of incentives, knee-jerk reactions and selective openness.
